8 Servitors of Akhandalamani Temple injured in Acid attack

ONI Bureau: In a shocking incident, as many as eight servitors of Akhandalamani Temple in Bhadrak district were injured in an acid attack following clash between two groups of sevayats last night.

As per report, a dispute ensued between the two groups of servitors over performing puja for some devotees and that later took an ugly turn when a group threw acid on the sevayats of another group.

The eight injured were rushed to the Bhadrak district headquarters hospital. The condition of two of them was reported to be critical.
