Adarsh Mukhyamantri Award: Baijayant congratulates Naveen

ONI Bureau: BJD MP from Kendrapara, Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda, who has been at the receiving end for his fight against CM’s Private Secretary VK Pandian, has congratulated Naveen Patnaik on receiving the prestigious ‘Adarsh Mukhyamantri Award’ by MIT School of Government (MIT-SOG) at the 8th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad in Pune.

While congratulating the CM, Jay Panda also recalled the first-ever ‘Best Parliament Award’ bestowed upon him by the same institution a decade ago when he was in Rajya Sabha.
