Airports Authority of India cancels UDAN Licence of Air Odisha

ONI Bureau:  The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has cancelled UDAN (Ude Deshka Aam Nagrik) licence of Air Odisha alleging irregularities in the operation.

The Civil Aviation Ministry has cancelled it’s 50 flight routes owing airlines’ poor performance.

The airline was informed about cancellation of UDAN licence on November 19.

With this, Air Odisha flight service in the entire eastern region, including Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand has been suspended. 50 flight routes

Reportedly, the Bhubaneswar-Raipur and Raipur-Jagdalpur services, which it had launched this year, have been cancelled.
