Annual CHSE Practical Exams begin in Odisha

The annual practical examinations of Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) have started in the state from Monday. The practical exams will be concluded by Feb 9. The theory examination of plus two – Science, Arts and Commerce stream will start from March 2, 3 and 4 respectively.

CHSE has directed all the colleges to conduct the practical exams from 10 am to 4pm. It also directed colleges to install CCTV cameras in the examination halls to record the practical examinations. Colleges need to send the footage to the council after completion of the practical examinations. The results would be withheld upon failing to submit the footage of practical examinations to CHSE.

The practical examination of Arts – Education and Psychology stream will be held on Feb 9. It is noteworthy that, the council had announced to conduct the practical examinations from Jan 27 to Feb 2. Following death of a senior clerk of the council, the examinations dates have been rescheduled to Feb 2 to 9.
