Arrested Maoist commits suicide in Odisha’s Malkangiri Dist

ONI Bureau: A day after 12 Maoists arrested by the Odisha Police in Malkangiri districts, one among them allegedly committed suicide at the premises of district police headquarters today morning.

Just before being forwarded to the judicial custody, Suma Kabati  went to the bathroom and tried to commit suicide by hanging himself, informed by Malkangiri SP Jagmohan Meena.

Reportedly, Malkangiri Police on Wednesday arrested 12 Maoists who were allegedly involved in killing of tribals suspecting them of police informers.
