Attack on Pandian’s House: BJP Workers charged with Section 307

ONI Bureau: The four BJP Activists who were arrested in connection with the attack on office residence of CM Naveen Patnaik’s Private Secretary VK Pandian, have been booked under Section 307 (Attempt to Murder).

Apart from Section 307, 9 other Sections were imposed on the accused, whose bail was rejected by the SDJM Court in Bhubaneswar and they were sent to Jharpada Jail.

The arrested BJP workers have been identified as Jugal Jyoti Swain, Rasmiranjan Muduli, Bibhuti Bhushan Prusty and Biswabhushan Badajena.
