Baijayant Panda to visit Baladev Jew & Puri Jagannath Temple

ONI Bureau: After the unprecedented suspension of BJD MP Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda last night, the political atmosphere has been charged up. Everyone wants to know what’s next for Mr. Panda.

In the past, many ‘ousted’ BJD leaders went into political oblivion or had to content with insignificant posts within other parties. However, political pundits believe it situation be different this time.

Baijayant Panda, who is not in a mood to give in, will up the ante after arriving in Bhubaneswar tomorrow, January 26. He will head straight to Kendrapara to visit the Baladev Jew Temple. It is believed that he would also meet his fans and supporters in the constituency during the visit.

On Saturday, Baijayant Panda will visit Puri to pay obeisance at the Lord Jagannath Temple and seek the blessings of the deities before planning his next move. It is not yet confirmed whether he would float a new party/forum or will fight the battle staying within BJD.
