Beheaded body of minor boy found in Bolangir, human sacrifice suspected
ONI Bureau: In a shocking incident, beheaded body of a nine-year-old boy was found buried near a canal at Sundhimunda area in Bolangir district on Tuesday.
The deceased boy was identified as Ghanashyam Rana, son of Hira Rana of Sindhekela village went missing on October 13.
Though the exact reason behind the brutal murder is yet to be ascertained, it is being suspected that the murder could be an act of human sacrifice or witchcraft as the practice of black magic and sorcery have been reported in the area in the recent past.
