Bhasha Andolan completes 30 Days, No response from Odisha Govt

The Odisha Government has remained indifferent although they have started paicking inside, as the Bhasha Andolan in the state entered Day 30. In total, 120 eminent personalities from various walks of life have participated in the ‘silent black flag march’ in the last one month.

On Day 30, Researcher of Bhima Bhoi Literature, Uddhab Charan Nayak, Odia Lekhaka Parishad’s Bhubanananda Tripathy, Renowned Dramatist Prof. Purnachandra Mallick and Revolutionary Poet Bhabani Shankar Parija joined the protest march.

They were welcomed by Chairman Subhas Chandra Pattanayak, President Pradyumna Satpathy, Convener Pabitra Maharatha, Founder Member Tusarkanta Satapathy, Prof. Gyana Ranjan, Santosh Behera, Naba Kishore Pradhan, Khageswar Bal, Nirmal Behera, Tapan Swain, Shyama Shankar Mishra, Uddhab Nayak, Kali Charan Patnaik, Kali Samantray, Rai Mohan Patnaik, Pramod Deb, Sudarshan Nayak, Bhakti Bhushan Mohapatra, Rajya Vardhan Jena, Ajeya Jena, Nanda Kishore Samal and Ashish near Madhu Babu’s statue at the Governor’s Square.
