Bihar CM Nitish Kumar attends last rites of Rabi Ray

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday visited Odisha to pay his last respect to the former Lok Sabha Speaker Rabi Ray at the Lohia Academy in Bhubaneswar.

Nitish Kumar along with Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik attended the last rites of the departed soul at his at his ancestral village Bhanragada in Puri district today afternoon. Bihar CM also met the family members of the socialist leader.

Talking to media persons, Nitish Kumar said that Rabi Ray had played a historical role in socialist movement.

President of India Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to twitter to express their condolence.
