Bijoy Mohapatra holds Facebook Friends’ Meet in Bhubaneswar

Around 500 people attended the “Facebook Friends’ Meet” hosted by senior BJP leader Bijoy Mohapatra in Bhubaneswar this afternoon.

It was an apolitical meet and saw only a few BJP leaders from the state attending it. Speakers at the meeting stressed on the need for open dialogue between various groups and individuals and working towards a goal of corruption-free, vibrant and self-reliant Odisha.

People from various walks of life attended the ‘Tea Party’. Prominent among them were Prasanna Mishra (Retd. IAS), Senior Journalists Rabi Das, Pratap Mohanty Rajaram Satpathy, K. Ravi, former state Minister Panchanan Kanungo, Ollywood Actress Pinky Pradhan etc. Youth Power could be seen at the event.

It would be interesting to see whether Bijoy Babu would be able to create a big buzz with this initiative or not.
