Birju Kulu, Pakistan Jail Returnee Goes Missing From Village

Birju Kulu, who recently returned to Odisha after being lodged in Pakistan jail for 20 years has gone missing from his home in Katang village in Kutra block of Sundargarh district.

Birju had reached his village in November 2020, following his release from Pakistan jail.

A missing complaint has been filed by his sister alleging that Birju had not returned home since Saturday.

Almost 25 years ago, Birju had mistakenly crossed over to Pakistan from Amritsar as he was mentally unstable.
