BJD Expels Gopalpur MLA Pradeep Panigrahi For Anti-People Activities

The Biju Janata Dal, on Sunday, expelled former Minister and Gopalpur MLA Pradeep Panigrahi for indulging in anti-people activities.

Panigrahi’s name has cropped up in the tainted IFS officer Abhay Kant Pathak and Akash’s case.

Akash had reportedly carried out fake recruitment for Tata Motors in Gopalpur area of Ganjam district.

Earlier, the Vigilance had arrested the IFS officer and his son.
