BJD MLA claims ‘Love Angle’ behind Kunduli Incident

ONI Bureau: Even as the probe panel has not officially submitted its report, BJD MLA Debashish Samantray has made a startling revelation in media that ‘there is a love angle to Kunduli suicide’.

While denying the speculations that BJD suspended Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda to divert attention from Kunduli, Debashish said ‘love angle’ was behind the incident as per the probe report and opposition might have forced the girl to commit suicide.

He also said that law will take its own course and justice will be delivered in this case too. ‘Baijayant Panda’s suspension was long overdue. It was done on the basis of allegations and subsequent probe against him. “There is no link between Panda’s suspension and Kunduli suicide,” he clarified.
