BJD’s Bijepur candidate Rita Sahu to file nomination on Feb 5

ONI Bureau:  The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Sunday announced that Rita Sahu, wife of late Congress sitting MLA Subal Sahu will file her nomination paper on February 5 for the much-awaited Bijepur bypoll in Bargarh district, scheduled to be held on February 24.

The party declared this after meeting of the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik with Sahu at the Navin Nivas in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.

As per the notification issued by Election Commission of India, counting of votes and announcement of the bypoll results will be done on February 28.
