BJP Odisha backs GRS agitation; condemns police action

Insight News Desk: The BJP Odisha delegation led by Sajjan Sharma and Bhrugu Baxipatra met the agitating Gram Rozgar Sevaks (GRS) and extended support to their demands.

The BJP strongly condemned the baton charge on the GRS yesterday in Bhubaneswar, saying the government is getting arrogant and police force is going berserk. DCP Bhubaneswar clarified that lathi charge was done, as the GRS blocked the road and did not relent despite series of requests and warnings.
