BJP to field Candidates in all Seats in Panchayat Polls

Odisha BJP Unit on Friday announced that it will field candidates across all panchayats and zilla parishad zones in the state in the upcoming panchayat polls for the year 2016-17.

It was decided in a high level meeting of BJP Election Management Committee held in Bhubaneswar yesterday.

Sources said, the Party members will reach to the people and create awareness among people about PM Modi’s good governance, centre’s contribution for the all round development in Odisha, and failure of the ruling BJD Government in every sector.

Notably the upcoming panchayat polls in Odisha is scheduled to be held in February 2017.
