BJP ZP candidate’s son kidnapped in Kendrapara Dist

Son of a BJP Zilla Parishad (ZP) candidate has allegedly been abducted at Tikanpur under Patkura police station in Kendrapara district.

Ganesh Kundu (24), the son of BJP candidate Sabitri Kundu of zone number 10 was kidnapped last night while returning home from a campaigning.

As a result, the local party activists staged a road blockade at the Patkura-Jirala-Tikanpur road in the district.

A complaint has been lodged by his father Shiva Prasad Kundu at Patkura police station in this regard.

Ganeswar’s motorcycle and mobile was found in an abandoned area on Tikanpur Road.

Patkura Police reached the spot along with a scientific team and started probe into the incident.
