‘Budhia Singh – Born To Run’ to release today

Directed by Soumendra Padhi, ‘Budhia Singh – Born To Run’ will hit the screens on August 5, 2016.

Actor Manoj Bajpayee starrer “Budhia Singh – Born To Run is a biopic about the World’s youngest Marathon runner Budhia Singh , who ran 48 marathons, when he was only five-year-old.

‘Budhia Singh – Born To Run’ based on the true story of a judo coach Biranchi Das, who discovered Budhia Singh a gift for running, and starts training him.

At the age of four, the wonder kid had recorded  65km long marathon run from Puri to Bhubaneswar in seven hours and two minutes and was listed as the world’s youngest marathon runner in the Limca book of records in the year 2006.

With director Soumendra Padhi’s upcoming biopic, this forgotten star and his popularity is all set for a revival.
