CCTVs to be installed at all examination centres during Matric, Plus II Exam

ONI Bureau:  With an aim to make the examinations free of malpractice and to create ‘zero copy’ zone, CCTV cameras will be installed at all examination centres during Matric, Plus II exams from 2018-19 academic year, informed the School and Mass Education department secretary Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra on Tuesday.

The CCTVs will keep its eye on the examinees and people involved in malpractice during examinations.

The decision came after the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) discussed the matter with the State Government to keep an eye on the unfair practices during the examinations.
