Change in Raahgiri Timing in Bhubaneswar due to rising Temperature

As the mercury leve has gone up in Bhubaneswar in the last few days, the administration has changed the timing of ‘Raahgiri Day’ celebrations held on every Sunday. The new timing will be from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Previously, the timing was 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

All Raahgiri activities will be held on the road adjacent to Swosti Hotel near Master Canteen Square. There will be 20 different zones, which will be decided by the civic authorities.

Two stages for cultural activities and musical performances, will be erected near Satyam Shivam Sundaram showroom and Marion Hotel. The by-lanes of the Janpath between Sriya Talkies and Pen Hospital lanes will be used for sports activities such as cricket.
