CM dedicates ‘Mo Saathi’ Mobile App for Safety of Women

Bhubaneswar, May 15: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik dedicated mobile application (App) ‘Mo Saathi’ for safety of women in twin cities, here today. The mobile app was introduced by Commissionerate Police. In order to enhance security of women in twin cities, police had launched women support centre ‘Madhyam’.

Mo Saathi app would be useful to women during emergency time. They can contact the police control room directly  using this app. It runs on Android platform enables user to send messages to contact numbers of three relatives and police control room by using side button of mobile devices.

Apart from that, it can directly transmit live visuals from mobile camera to police control room. The Chief Minister expressing his happiness over the app, urged all women in twin cities to use the app for their security.
