CM Naveen Patnaik Inaugurates Two Projects Through Videoconferencing In Odisha

Odisha Chief minister Naveen Patnaik, on Saturday, inaugurated two projects through video conferencing in Odisha. The Chief Minister inaugurated Rail Over Bridge at Berhampur and laid the foundation stone for a cooperative Ginning mill at Digapahandi.

The new ROB has been constructed at a cost of Rs 27 crore. It will fulfill the aspirations of the people for a hassle free communication, the CM said.

The cooperative Ginning mill of Digapahandi is expected to provide jobs to 100 skilled and unskilled workers. Besides it will be helping cotton growers of the nearby six blocks.

It will be set up  in PPP mode with total investment of 2.10 Cr. The unit will have capacity to produce 50 quintal lint cotton per day. The cotton producing areas of Digapahandi, Sanekhmundi, Dharakote, Sheragada, Patrapur, Jagannathprasad and Bhanjanagar blocks of Ganjam district will be benefited by this unit.
