Communal Violence in Rourkela over comments on WhatsApp

Hundreds of residents, belonging to the minor community in Rourkela city on Thursday staged demonstration and blocked a road demanding arrest of a person who had allegedly shared message on WhatsApp via social media targeting a particular community.

After the post went viral on WhatsApp, number of youth blocked the road which caused delay on Bahuda Yatra.

Later on, Police traced and arrested that man who had posted the content on his WhatsApp group.
