Congress installs Kunduli Gangrape victim’s Statue

ONI Bureau: The time when protest over the death of Kunduli ‘gang rape’ victim intensified with every passing moment, a statue, paying tribute to Sasmita Chhati unveiled by the State wing of Congress on Thursday.

The statue is located at the Hatapada on NH-26.

Protesting over the gang rape and suicide of Sasmita, BJP Mahila Morcha today ransacked the office of the State Mahila Commission in Bhubaneswar.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Crime Branch have sent samples to Central Forensic Lab in Kolkata, seeking re-examination and put an end to all confusion.
