Cuttack Minor Rape Case: Second Accused Arrested

The second accused in the rape of a minor in Cuttack was arrested by the police. CP Sudhanshu Sarangi informed about the arrest through a tweet.

In Chauliaganj PS Case No.353 dtd.13 Oct u/s376 DA,376(2)(n) IPC,6 POCSO Act,both accused- Santosh Behera & Rakesh Rout have been arrested within 24 hrs of reporting. Investigation will be completed early for both accused to stand trial & justice done.

Earlier, the Chauliaganj police had arrested one accused in the case.
