Cyclone Titli: Death toll rises to 77; Central team to visit affected dists

ONI Bureau:  The toll in Cyclone Titli and the subsequent floods in Odisha rose to 77, with the state government confirming 16 more casualties on Wednesday.

The Joint Relief Commissioner Prabhat Mohapatra informed that 59 deceased have been identified however verification of 18 other bodies are yet to be confirmed.

As per report, a Central team will visit affected districts in Odisha soon where people were died due to cyclone and the resultant floods.

The relief and rehabilitation works in affected districts of Ganjam, Gajapati and Rayagada are in progress.
