Damodar Rout targets 3 Young BJD Leaders, hails Naveen

ONI Bureau: Beleaguered BJD veteran Dr. Damodar Rout, who was unceremoniously sacked from the Council of Ministers recently, has lamented his ouster and hit out at 3 young BJD leaders for his plight.

Damodar Rout’s outburst came in a Daily Newspaper column. “I never offended or insulted the Brahmins. But, my own partymen worked against me and spread the wrong word,” he said.

“BJD Office is my house. And, Naveen Patnaik is my leader. He made a Minister and he sacked me. It’s not my right to be a Minister. However, I feel sad that 3 young leaders in the party worked against me,” Dama Rout said.
