Depression likely to trigger heavy rainfall in next 12 hours in Odisha

ONI Bureau:  The Regional Meteorological Centre predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in most parts of the State in next 12 hours.

The depression over Bay of Bengal will turn into Deep Depression in next 12 hours and move west-northwestwards to cross across Odisha.

The MeT has issued red warning for Koraput, Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri, Rayagada, Kalahandi and Kandhamal districts.

Similarly, orange warning has been issued for Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Nuapada, Bolangir, Boudh, Sonepur, Khurda, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Bhadrak and Balasore from September 19 to September 22.
