Development the main Agenda of my Odisha Govt NaveenAngul, May 21: On completing one year in the office during his fourth term as Odisha Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik today celebrated the occasion with a huge gathering of people at the remote Athamallik of Angul district and laid foundation stone of several projected including the 150 crore rupees High Level bridge over River Mahanadi  on Athamallik – Dhalpur road. The proposed bridge will connect the South and Western Odisha with other parts of the State.

Welcoming the Chief Minister, Mr Sanjeev Sahu, Local MLA and Ex- Minister expressed his gratitude to the CM for coming to remote Athamallik on this special occasion. Mr Sahu told that unprecedented development works have been done in this area under the leadership of Naveen Patnaik.  The huge gathering of around 30 thousand people to greet the Chief Minister is a expression of love to him.

Mr Patanaik in his speech, while elaborated about various development schemes of his government reiterated his commitment for the development of the weaker sections.’Development is the main agenda of my government and it will continue’- told Mr Patanaik. He told that economic activities have been increased in Odisha along with Social Security Activities.

Among others the meeting was addressed by Mr Badri Narayan Patra, Minister RD, Mr N Pradhan, MP and other party leaders. The CM also laid the foundation stone of Badajore Setu of 3.42 Crore, Sanjamura Setu of 2.77 Crore and Udra Setu of 3.24 Crore rupees. The CM inaugurated the 200 seater SC& ST Hostel of Mahendra High School.

The ruling BJD headed by Patnaik  has completed 15 years in the office and accusation of opposition leaders about scams failed to reach the rural areas as thousands of people gathered in the Chief Minister meeting even in 43 degree Celsius heat wave.
