DLSA to organise 3rd National Lok Adalat at Rayagada

Rayagada, Dec 12: A National Loka Adalat will be organized by District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Rayagada on Saturday in the premises of the District & Sessions Court of Rayagada. This event is being conducted in all the district courts of India.

All the present court cases including potential cases those are eligible for solutions will be dealt by Lok Adalat. Quick hearing of cases pertaining to dewani, criminal, cheque bounce, compensation against motor accident, family and marriage conflicts, revenue, labour related, employment, tax, bank loan, electricity & water cess, etc will redressed during the session of this court.

The Secretary of DLSA, Rayagada, Dr. M. I. Nabi has requested the affected public to avail this golden opportunity  and save valuable time & huge money which may otherwise be spent in the usual process. One can avail the details from the office of DLSA or from the counter near the main gate of the district and session court.

As this kind of Adalat is extremely rare, it is hoped that scores of poor people will access this facility which is quickly available through a single door mechanism and less costly.
