Drop in mercury likely; Keonjhar coldest at 11.2 Degrees Celsius

Insight Bureau:  The night temperature in the state, which was on rising trend for nearly a week, is likely to experience a drop till November 30, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday.

Keonjhar recorded night temperature of 11.2 degree Celsius, the lowest in the State followed by Phulbani at 11.5 degree, Daringbadi 13 degree and Bhubaneswar 15 degree Celsius.

Odisha experienced cold in the past two days and mercury is likely to drop more under the influence of northerly wind flow into the State, IMD officials forecast.
