FIR filed against Energy Minister of Odisha Pranab Prakash Das
While the BJD-BJP row is growing day by day in the political scenario of the state, an FIR was lodged against Odisha Energy Minister Pranab Prakash Das at Abhaychandpur Police Station of Jagatsinghpur district on friday evening in connection with the mishap occurred during Paradip programme held on February 7th, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated the oil refinery to the nation.
In his FIR, the complainant Subrata Majhi of Gondikipur village complained that the minister had manhandled him and teared away his T16:47:39’shirt which was printed with PM Narendra Modi’s image.
Majhi also complained that the minister had forcefully broken the police corridor and scolded him with a castiest remark.
However, It’s not conform whether the police has registered the said case. Notably, series of violence untoward incidents had occurred between the BJD and BJP supporters during February 7th Paradip programme.
