Fire causes heavy damage at HDFC Bank in Cuttack today

A massive fire sweeps causing heavy damage to the properties of HDFC bank at Jhola Sahi in Cuttack today.

Lakhs of rupees, computers, furniture and other wooden structures were destroyed. The fire broke out at the bank at the early morning today and surprisingly, no alarm was sounded after the fire broke out in the bank.

The fire officials were informed about the incident only after the security guard has noticed smoke coming out of the jammed doors and windows. Moreover, the reason behind the fire mishap was yet to be known.
