Giridhar Gamang and KV Singhdeo inducted into BJP National Executive

Giridhar-Gamang1Former Odisha CM Giridhar Gamang and BJP’s former Odisha Unit President KV Singhdeo have been inducted into the National Executive from the state. Giridhar Gamang had quit the Congress last year to joint the BJP.

Dr. Giridhar Gamang, a nine-time MP and five-time Union Minister, had served as the Chief Minister of the state for a brief period. He represented Koraput constituency in Odisha. His exit from the Congress was no less than a shocker for the party.

KV Singhdeo, who was BJP’s state unit President before Basant Panda took over, was sulking after being sidelined by the Dharmendra Pradhan camp. He represents Patnagarh assembly segment.

The BJP has also inducted another former Congress leader and ex-Uttarakhand CM Vijay Bahuguna to he National Executive.
