Haryana salvage draw against Odisha in Ranji Trophy

Haryana batsmen held their nerves to salvage a draw against Odisha in Ranji Trophy tie in Rohtak. Odisha needed 9 wickets on the final day to win the match. But, Haryana finished at 250/4 and denied them the victory. Odisha took three points on the basis of first innings lead, while Haryana got one point.

For Haryana, Nitin Saini (64) and Chaitanya Bishnoi (86*) played the anchors’ role. Rohit Sharma scored 42, while Sachin Rana made 27. Pacer Basant Mohanty went wicket-less in the second innings. Suryakant Pradhan took two wickets. Natraj Behera was declared ‘Man of the Match’ for his unbeaten 255 in the first innings.
