Heat wave in Odisha, temperature to rise from today

Odisha is expected to witness a rise in maximum temperatures in the next two-three days with heat wave like conditions.

According to the weather department chief Sarat Chandra Sahu, the temperature will remain 45° Celsius to 47° Celsius today in some parts of Odisha.

Temperatures are expected to higher by two degrees in coastal regions and four degrees in Western Odisha for next ten days. There is possibility of fall in temperature in most parts of the state after April 25 .

The number of deaths related to sun stroke has reached 59, according to sources.
