Motilal Gouda Case: Himanshu Kar interrogated by CBI

Odisha Vigilance sleuths on Wednesday have interrogated Himanshu Kar aka Happy on alleged link with Motilal Gouda who is involved in the fake gazette notification scam and currently lodged in Jharpada jail.

Kar submitted some bank documents and papers related to contract business in the name of his wife and brother during the interrogation.

Though Kar works as a grade-III employee at Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar, he possesses around Rs 2.5 core in his bank account.

Several photos of Kar and Gouda together triggered suspicious link between the two, and former’s involvement as a mediator between Gouda and some key Ministers of the Govt of Odisha.
