Hockey World Cup Celebrations: Bags, Food Packets not allowed in Barabati Stadium

ONI Bureau:  Police Commissioner Satyajit Mohanty today informed that the spectators are barred from carrying bags, food packets, water bottles and other objects inside Barabati stadium during the World Cup celebrations in Cuttack tomorrow.

The sport fans barred from carrying water bottles, bags, fruits, biscuit packets, crackers, banners, flags, mirror, food packets, metal containers, cigarettes, matchstick, razor inside Barabati stadium during World Cup Celebrations. However, only ladies handbag is allowed, Mohanty said.

Security has been tightened by the Twin City Police in Puri in Cuttack view of the World Cup celebrations. As per report, 50 platoons of force including 300 officers deployed for the event.
