I am no longer with BJD: Damodar Rout

ONI Bureau:  After creating a ripple in Odisha politics with Sapling, Omfed, Cooperative bank loans and Health scam allegations, Damodar Rout today publicly said that he is no longer with the BJD.

Earlier Damo dropped from the Cabinet, sacked from the Ministry and from all the posts of the party.

Written complaints against Rout was also reportedly lodged with the Chief Minister and the party supremo assured the party men to look into complaints demanding expulsion of senior BJD leader over his alleged involvement in anti-party activities.

So it is now only a matter of time that he will formally out of the party.

Damo Rout today claimed that BJD run by a Bureaucrat & 3 MLAs – Debashish Samantray, Arun Sahoo and Pranab Prakash Das. However, he clearly mentioned that he is not going to join any party, in case he is thrown out of BJD.

Worth mentioning BJD leaders, MLAs and workers on Monday met party president Naveen Patnaik alleging anti-party activities of senior leader Damo Rout. They demanded Rout’s dismissal from the party.
