IAF displays Air Show in Cuttack to mark Biju Birth Centenary

The Indian Air Force (IAF) organised an ‘Air Show’ at the Kathojodi river bed in the Millennium City to commemorate the birth centenary of late Biju Patnaik.

The 40-minute air show was performed by the IAF was to pay respect to Patnaik who was one of the best pilots of his time.

The Indian Air Force’s Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT), Akash Ganga and Sarang showcased their performance at the air show in Cuttack.

The Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik along with Governor Dr SC Jamir was present at the venue to witness the occasion.

Around 40 platoons of police force are deployed at the Kathojodi river bed to maintain law and order.
