IAS Officer Partha Sarathi Mishra sent to Jail in Corruption Case

Partha Sarathi Mishra, the Managing Director of Orissa Small Industries Corporation Ltd (OSIC) was arrested by anti corruption wing of the State Vigilance sleuths on Thursday as the wing found Rs.2.14 lakh cash from his official vehicle at Cuttack yesterday.

The IAS officer was later sent to the jail and forwarded to the Court after being arrested.

Soon after Mishra left his office, the anti-corruption squad followed his vehicle. Vigilance officials were also conducted raids at his official residence in Bhubaneswar and his house and office in Cuttack.
