Indigo Flight Makes Emergency Landing At BPIA, Woman Passenger Suffers Cardiac Arrest

In an unfortunate incident, a woman passenger flying in Indigo flight suffers cardiac arrest mid-air. The incident took place on Saturday. 



According to sources, the woman passenger identified as Lakhsmi Das from West Bengal was travelling with her son in the flight. She complained of uneasiness due to which the flight made an emergency landing at Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA).


As soon as the flight landed, the woman was rushed to capital hospital in the city but was declared brought dead by the doctors. Police were informed and the body was sent for postmortem.
