Jaga-Kalia Surgery: CM Naveen tweets to congratulate Docs

Insight News Desk: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated the AIIMS, New Delhi Doctors who successfuly conducted the surgery to separate the conjoined twins – Jaga-Kalia from Kandhamal. He also prayed to Lord Jagannath for the speedy recovery of the twins.
