Jay Panda seeks public access to completed Drinking Water Projects

ONI Bureau: Keeping in view of drinking water crisis in Kendrapara in this extreme Summer, MP Baijayant Panda on Tuesday requested the Kendrapara District administration to provide public access to MPLADS drinking water projects in the region.

In a letter to Kendrapara Collector Reghu G, Panda urged to open the completed and to be completed MPLADS drinking water projects for public rather than wait for the formal inaguration as he is presently in Delhi due to ongoing Parliament Session.

Worth mentioning, Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda is the lone MP to defy the trend as he has recommended nearly 90% of his total MPLAD recommendations (Rs 19.25 crore) for rural water projects.
