Kinnars to help people dealing with legal issues in Cuttack

ONI Bureau:  To bring the transgenders into mainstream just like the common people, Cuttack District Administration has appointed seven Kinnars as Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) at the District Judge Court.

The Para Legal Volunteers will create legal awareness among the people and help people dealing with various legal issues by coordinating them with the District Legal Services Authority.
