Low Pressure triggers Heavy Rain in Odisha

Most parts of Odisha experienced heavy rainfall under the influence of a low pressure on Sunday. A low pressure area has formed over southwest Bay of Bengal and now centred between Andhra Pradesh and Odisha coast.

Normal life was disrupted in some parts of Odisha after heavy rains lashed in the cities.

Under its influence, there would be heavy to very heavy rainfall in most parts of the Odisha for the next two days, Meteorological Centre predicted.
