Lower Courts In Odisha to conduct lower sessions

As the soaring summer temperature hits Bhubaneswar the Orissa High Court has ordered district and session judges to commence morning session for all lower courts in Odisha from April 8 onwards.

Regarding this, a notification was issued by the Orissa High Court Registry on Friday to all the lower courts and Bar Associations of the regions who are subjected under this.

As per the notification issued, the court work will start from 7 am and continue till 1 pm, with a half-an-hour break from 10 am to 10.30am.

Though, work in all lower courts in Berhampur, Chhatrapur, Bhubaneswar, Koraput Sadar and Puri Sadar will begin as usual from 10 am.
