Man gets life imprisonment for impregnating teen girl in Kandhamal Dist

ONI Bureau: A special POCSO court in Kandhamal district sentenced a man to life imprisonment for raping and impregnating a minor girl.

Suryakant Bhoi, a resident of Bakarimunda village had raped a class-X student, after promising her to marry. The girl had given birth to a baby girl in 2015.

In this regard, the family members of the victim lodged a complaint against the accused.
