Motilal Gowda claims innocence, blames 2 Ministers

Fake Gazette notification accused Dr Motilal Gouda on Friday claimed that he is a victim of a conflict between two Ministers and demanded Crime Branch and Vigilance to investigate the whole affair by bringing the two ministers to the front.

Gouda alleged that his signature has been forged as there has been no financial transaction between Himanshu Kar alias Happy, an employee of the Capital Hospital who is also under the vigilance scanner in the case.

Notably, Gouda has been arrested for causing a loss of Rs 63 lakh to the state government by issuing fake Gazette notification ordering engagement of five private labs for employee’s health check-up in factories and industries and was in process of signing another contract of Rs. 1.02 crore, but unfortunately the game was over and he was caught red handed.
